Marcella's Shoot
On Marcella's shoot, I was the DOP of her shoot and enjoyed it as it was an outdoor shoot on a nice day. As it was outdoors and in a public area, there were a few interruptions here and there from the public. On the first day, a protest that lasted 2 hours which started in the middle of the shoot and we had to pack up for a few hours before being able to shoot again.
On the second day, we were interrupted a few times by members of the public and the police due to some complications happening around the area. Despite all that, I found it interesting and thought it was funny as well.

Sebastian's Shoot
The following week, we were shooting for Sebastian. Coming into this shoot, I was asked to be DOP and agreed to it. As it his shoot date slowly crept up, I found out that I was more of a camera operator than a DOP as he had pre planned the shots himself without consulting it with me and went overboard with the amount of shots he had.
I felt that this shoot was the most challenging and ambitious one among the four of us. Since we had a tight schedule of 3 days, it was really exhausting after the first day as there were a few complications here and there. During the second day, things were a little bit heated between the crew members and on the third day, things fell apart but came back together quickly after taking a break.

Peer Review
Daisy - In my eyes, I felt that this shoot was the most organized one out of all of us despite her having problems in getting actors and locations. I felt what really helped both her and I in a DOP aspect was the effort we both put into the pre-planning process in getting the shots. I think Daisy herself was very onto it and organized coming up to her shoot. I enjoyed her shoot and would like to work with her again.
Marcella - Despite the complications during shooting from the public, I felt that it went really well. Only thing I wished for was to had more time for me to prepare myself in shooting outdoors as this was the very first time I did something proper all outdoors in two days. The pre-planning was a little bit late in my opinion as I had my own shoot to worry about the week before but everything came together and we were both happy about it. I also think that Marcella was organized coming up to her shoot and was just a few things here and there that were left out accidentally.
Sebastian - This shoot was the most tiring one in terms of both mentally and physically. As it was very ambitious Sebastian to shoot a 15 page script in three days. It was very draining towards the third day as an argument between Sebastian and I broke out due to disagreements. I think that if he had put a week break in between the shoot, things would had been more organised and less stressful. I also felt that Sebastian was a little bit disorganized as he did not ask for location permission prior to shooting in one of the locations and assumed that he was allowed to shoot there. Another thing that I thought he could do better was the time scheduling of his extra. I felt bad for his extras as there were not needed for a few hours but he kept them there and was unable do get their work done.
Self Review
During Daisy's shoot, I felt that everything was fine and I was happy with the shots that turned out after. I felt that we both worked well together and understand how each other work and want. On my shoot, I believe that I could had done a better job in directing both of my actors as there were some over acting in some of the takes. I also felt that I was a little bit disorganized in terms of getting and sorting out actors as I was slowly giving up after the feedback from Duncan on my first script. As for Marcella's shoot, I think I did good and adjusted to what she wanted without complications during part of her shoot. I also think that we both worked well as she gave me the freedom and focused more on her job as a director. Lastly on Sebastian's shoot, a negative thing that I had coming into his shoot was me not looking forward to it as I knew it would had been a very tough shoot. I believe this had led to some tension between the crew members and made most of the days really tense. It was really wrong of me to do so and should had talk about it nicely and in a calm manner to Sebastian about some of the things that did not went well during shoot.
